Therapy Hour!

Welcome back! I took a much needed break after Italy and I couldn’t be more happy to get back into conversation, this time with a positive solution based topic. I am a very spiritual person and I believe in therapy for everyone. I believe everyone needs someone to talk to freely with no judgment or gossip aftermath to a person with sound advice that is not afraid to say what NEEDS to be heard. For this conversation I brought to your listening ears a licensed therapist, Damitka Bynum, to give advice on how to find therapy and we also blended in some social media topics.

Italia Dream Trippin

Just another trip to Italy scratched off my list 🙂 this one was a girls trip I was invited to by a close friend. I tried to focus more on the video this time so this will be a shorter audio than normal.

Italy is definitely one of my favorite places to visit! There is so much to do and I sincerely recommend this location in its entirety to everyone!
